Becoming the New Wallace Center

In February 2023, Jackie was hired by The Greenwich Commission on Aging to provide content strategy and develop refreshed copy for the town’s rebranded senior center. Formerly known as the Greenwich Senior Center, the newly renovated Wallace Center has one purpose: to inspire vibrant living and purposeful aging.

Jackie has used her expertise effectively engaging with older adults and caregivers while at the National Council on Aging to develop the following deliverables:

  • A new Wallace Center Brand Voice & Tone Guide

  • Refreshed website copy adhering to the new style guide

  • Copy and creative strategy for digital assets, including email newsletter copy and flow, an About Wallace Center deck

  • Copy for collateral, including flyers, brochures, signage, and an ‘age-friendly map’ for the Town of Greenwich

 for Any Age Activewear

DIGITAL BRAND LAUNCH + ADVERTISING COPYWRITING

Promoting Body-Positive, Age Friendly Sportswear

In April 2021, Jackie was hired by a new women’s apparel brand, Any Age Activewear, to drive better brand awareness, create organic and paid creative to drive sales, and to boost engagement across channels via a refreshed website, digital communications, and an extensive social media push.

With more than six years of experience in creative strategy and conversation-rate optimization, Jackie worked with a small team and the brand owners to develop the following deliverables:

  • A new brand positioning

  • Refreshed copy for a Shopify ecommerce website

  • Copy and creative strategy for digital assets, including paid Facebook and Pinterest ads, organic Instagram posts, and paid search

  • Copy direction/editorial oversight of SEO articles to drive organic traffic
